New generation shopping center

Z Center is the most modern center, built according to the latest construction and design standards. It is located in the western part of the city of Zagreb in the Špansko settlement.

Z Center is divided into two buildings, which we call the shopping center North and retail park South, and they are connected by a unique heated pedestrian square.

What does the Z Center offer?

Shopping center North is located on two floors where you can expect world famous fashion brands, sports brands, state-of-the-art hypermarket, food court with 10 restaurants, modern coffee bars, beauty salons and innovative entertainment facilities, such as the largest gaming arena in Zagreb.

Retail Park South on the lower floor offers a diverse offer of home decoration shops while the upper floor is reserved for sports and entertainment.

The offer of Z Center stores includes a perfect combination of clothes, footwear, children’s assortment, fashion accessories, sports brands and an assortment for home decoration.

On a specially arranged outdoor square, which connects the two shopping areas, there will be an entertainment program that you can watch from the terraces of our restaurants and cafes, while your children play undisturbed on the most modern children’s playground.

The architectural studio Pulsar, which worked on the Z Center project, won the European Property Awards 2020-2021 in the category for the best commercial real estate project in Europe.
